This just might be one of those times when that presumption of innocence stuff seems like a reward to the worst kinds of people, because true justice is denied. Without it, the Police can't just impose the kind of justice this guy deserves; to be beaten within an inch of his worthless life, and then shot.

"According to one police source, Nieves told detectives that he believed his contact with the girl was consensual."

Congratulations to the cops for exercising the kind of unimaginable restraint it must have taken to keep this guy alive for a trial after hearing that.

Only some sort of diseased waste of gametes could even begin to make that kind of sick formulation, and then have the balls to trot it out as a defense. Why not just use the good ol' "she asked for it" defense? Why not claim that it's your right to rape a 10-year-old under Sharia Law? I'm sure some idiotic judge here in New Yorkistan will buy that as a defense, because after all, some other douchebag judge gave this guy bail. I wouldn't put it past any lawyer who lands this client to try such so-called legal maneuvers, because otherwise this client is already tagged-and-bagged.

We're talking about a ten year old victim.

It's not out of the realm of possibility that a man who claims he had consensual sex with a 10-year old, and wasn't shot as soon as the cops caught him, could even walk because the criminal justice system sees fit to give him the luxury of a trial. Yeah, I know; that's how the system works, but sheesh! For some crimes -- like those against children -- where we have a confession, does it really matter if the lawyers get to play at Perry Mason? Can't some classes of criminals just be killed on the spot?

If it were up to me, I'd be slathering this degenerate in A-1 steak sauce and tossing him into the Shark Tank at the Aquarium. On Pay-per-View.

Muslims Ask: Will We Ever Belong?

The NYT tries to spin Americans demanding some consideration for their feelings and sensibilities into a modern-day Krystalnacht, the days of "No Irish Need Apply", and Japanese Internment all rolled into one. Nice try, douchebags.

If there was ever a group of people on Planet Earth less deserving of sympathy, it's Muslims.

Naturally, according to the Times, this "Uncertain, Frightened Muslim" meme is all the fault of "red state" people, i.e republicans and conservatives, typically white, most likely Christian. In fact, the Times goes to great lengths to imply this, without coming out and directly saying it; the term "Red State People" appears multiple times. Funny, but it's usually Libtards who accuse republicans of "speaking in racial code".

Notice that nowhere in the article does the fourth-grader who wrote it ever ask the question why Americans might have cause to be suspicious, even fearful, of Muslims. Naturally, the question is never asked, because then it would be answered, and the whole "we're a poor, oppressed, misunderstood people" theme would fly right the fuck out the window.

So, I'll answer the question for all those Muslims who haven't been paying attention for the last 50+ years. If your American neighbors hate your fucking guts, it's because you've forgotten the following:

The Munich Olympics, The Achille Lauro, Carlos the Jackal, The Intifada, Pan Am 103, Robert Steatham, the Marine Barracks in Beirut, Fort Hood Shooting, the African Embassy bombings, the Entebbe Raid, Khobar Towers, the USS Cole, the Rome and Vienna airport attacks, Saddam Hussein and Two Gulf Wars, The Iranian Hostage Crisis, the London Tube bombings, Underwear Bombers, Shoe Bombers, Time Square Bombers, numerous (it must be in the thousands, by now) plane hijackings, car-bombings, rockets and mortar shells lobbed into residential neighborhoods, the Internet beheadings, Al'Qada, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, The Taliban, Ayotollah Khomeini, and September 11th.

I could go on and on, but I'd only be beating dead horses.

Not only have you forgotten (conveniently) the events, but you still seem unable to remember just who the players in these little dramas are/were; they're your uncles, brothers, fathers, cousins and sons.

When you insist that a) you're not responsible, and, b) that it isn't your fault these things happen, despite the evidence, don't be surprised if your American neighbors distrust you --- and perhaps, even hate you. From their point of view, Islam's top exports aren't peaceful people just seeking a better life; it's violent morons laboring under the misapprehension that they're justified in what they do, and even that it's somehow God's will that they commit violent acts of murder. They often do so safe in the knowledge that their brethren will support and protect them because you are incapable of making the choice between what is right, and your phony-baloney religion.

Start turning in your more violent assholes on a regular basis, and perhaps we'll start talking. You know who they are.

You can't belong until you tell yourselves the truth about what you are, the culture from whence you come, and the murderous lunatics that it creates.

Staten Island: 1, Radical Islam: 0...

The Catholic priest at the center of the controversy over the Archdiocese of New York's plan to sell a former convent to a Muslim group has publicly asked the church to halt the sale. Father Keith Fennessey has, belatedly and after many weeks of bad publicity and community outrage, asked the Archdiocese to tear the contract to shreds.

Chalk up one (small) victory for the Midland Beach community!

However, never underestimate the ability of the Catholic Church to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory -- especially where money is concerned. It still intends, apparently, on making the sale, the lure of money being stronger than the wishes of it's own flock. According to this article, in the same day's edition of the Staten Island Advance -- this doesn't kill the sale entirely, and leaves the window open on the possibility of the Archidiocese and the MAS coming to some form of alternate agreement. The Archdiocese spokesman on this particular point, quote: "The next step is to see what the response is from the MAS, and I can’t predict that. "

I can. The response will follow one of the following two scripts:


1) There will be a"protest march" through the neighborhood, where a crowd of Muslims will chant "Death to America", burn the Israeli and American flags, threaten violence, make a nuisance of themselves and deliberately provoke confrontations with local residents and the police -- "Mini-Martyrdom Operations" for the "committed Muslim" who's not willing to make the ultimate sacrifice and kill himself, but who still wants to garner some Islamic street cred and sympathy for his cause. They will cry about how rejecting a mosque in our neighborhood is "racist", and leads to more "radicalism", and I'm quite certain every third protestor will carry some mass-produced reminder of 9/11 which will serve two purposes -- trumpeting Islam's greatest victory while simultaneously and deliberately inflicting pain upon the Infidels in Midland Beach. Video cameras will be everywhere, ready to capture to scenes of violence against Muslims that will later be carefully-edited, and shown on every Islamic Media outlet the protestors can find. That they will have most likely incited the violence will be glossed over or never mentioned at all.

2) One of the MAS leaders (probably the one asshole with the marketing degree) will hold a "peace march" through the neighborhood, ensuring that the marchers are just offensive enough, without crossing a certain line. They will delibeately provoke a confrontation, but wait for a member of the community or a police officer to make the first,overt move, so that they can later claim to be "victims" of (Take your pick) Police Brutality/Racism/Religious Bigotry/Anti-Muslim Bias/Anti-Islamic Fearmongers. Video cameras will catch the one idiot who takes the bait, and the video will soon make the rounds of the Islamic Media as yet one more example of why the Infidel pigs should be brought into the Caliphate and enslaved before they destroy the True Believers. The lawsuits will begin shortly thereafter; if they can't get Allah's Justice, they'll settle for the liberal New York Court System's green-tinted version of it.

In either case, the MAS will seek to provioke a confrontation and then claim innocence, a cheap propaganda victory is almost as good as a legal or moral one.

Arizona Makes it Illegal to Be in Arizona Illegally...

And it's about fuckin' time, too!

The State of Arizona has passed a law which (finally!) makes it illegal to be an illegal alien. Confronted by the fact that the Federal Government has failed in it's responsibility (under Article IV, Section IV of the Constitution) to guarantee Republican government, and to defend each state from invasion, the state finally decided that if you want something done right, you probably have to do it yourself.

Police officers in Arizona now have the power to ask about a person's immigration status, and to demand documentation proving that status -- if they have sufficient cause to believe that someone may be in the state illegally.

Naturally, the Libtards have already made their allusions to Nazi Germany (the great refrain on all the sites today is some variation of the Nazi "Papers, please?" cliche), and naturally, Hispanic Groups are already up in arms about how this law is aimed specifically at them (well...duh! But, then again, the law makes no distinction between Hispanic, and say, French or Chinese. It just says "undocumented" or "illegal" in that fine legalese bullshit way), but these responses are de rigeur for the Left, and usually overly-simplistic; they are aimed at people who little intelligence and trouble chewing gum and walking simultaneously. These kinds can usually be counted upon to miss the Big Question. In this case, the The Big Question -- "does anyone have the right to be a criminal parasite?" has a common-sense answer the Libtards don't want the faithful to hear.

They squeal and make illusions to Soviet Gulags (Gulags, incidentally, which they were all in favor of so long as it was their ideological enemies being sent to them) because the more emotional and stupid amongst us will, naturally, react in the same way, and their opposition to similar laws will be based upon fear rather than reason. Libtards cannot do anything without appealing to or manipulating the emotions of fear, envy and guilt.

Finally, because Libtards expect Hispanics to be yet another monolithic voting bloc, just like American Blacks, the rights of the criminal portion of that demographic must be defended at all costs. If Arizona gets away with this, then every state in the Union will try it, and the next thing you know, English becomes the chief lingua franca of the United States, 12 million parasites (i.e. Potential Obama voters) suddenly up and leave before they can be arrested and deported, why, who knows what chaos would follow?

I mean, the government might be forced to stop providing services in any language other than English because the demand for them would decrease and the expense no longer justifiable. The hospitals might actually be less busy, having to provide fewer services and procedures to those who won't pay for them, saving money and becoming more efficient in the process. Something that Libtards will try to paint as a consequence of ObamaCare, but we'll all know better. Our Schools might actually work, because resources will not have to be dedicated (wasted on) to teaching to non-English speakers who will most likely never graduate because of their culture's indifference to education.

Tens, perhaps hundreds of Billions of tax-payer dollars will be saved when the entire apparatus of Liberal-inspired "services", which only serve to encourage illegal immigration by catering to the immigrants needs, all comes crashing down. It's a horrible thought, because if that should ever happen, millions of government-union employees would be tossed out of work, "Immigration Advocates" would have no one to "advocate" for, Immigration Attorneys would be forced to practice law instead of game the system. They might even, horror of horrors!, be forced to find gainful employment in the private sector!

I figure many of them (the former government employees)will be forced to take the McJobs they all hate so much, because those might be the only tasks they're actually qualified for.

One prong to the strategy to permanently ensconce a Left-wing influence in American politics was by artificially skewing the demographics of the country. This strategy will have been wrecked if illegal immigration were controlled, and the laws enforced. The Libs cannot abide true immigration enforcement -- let alone actual immigration reform -- because to do so weakens them, threatens their power and self-esteem, and limits their ability to manipulate public feelings and opinions so as to extract the maximum amount of wealth from the people who created it to fund their own non-productive, more like counter-productive, official fiefdoms. They get money for basically a) doing nothing, and b) doing things that are harmful to the greater society, because it's all ultimately a part of their their political outlook.

The only this missing from this Arizona law is the ability to taser an illegal immigrant right on the fucking spot, if you ask me. I want to see everyone who isn't here legally make another Run for the Border -- this time headed south. I'd like to see the assholes who support the Religion of Terrorism head for the airports, and leave before they can blow something else up, or litter the streets ith the bodies of their "Honor Killed" daughters and wives. I'd jump for joy if just one person attached to the cocaine and marijuana trades was tossed out on his ass. I'd be ecstatic if I could open my local newspaper and not read of another victim of a drunk-driving illegal immigrant (usually with a criminal record) , or there was one fewer rape atrocity story involving Central American romantic jealousy. One less warning about strange diseases like West Nile Virus, SARS and the fifty variations of Swine and Avian flus, tuberculosis, measles, and even cholera and bubonic plague being brought back into the United States from people arriving from all shitholes of the planet.

But don't mind me --- I'm a racist according to half my e-mail.

Personally, I don't have a pool and am capable of mowing my own lawn. I don't take many taxis, and can live without all that lettuce in my diet. I really hate the sound of leafblowers at sunrise.
I can live with a fewer restaurants, despite my addictions to Arroz con pollo, Cubanos and Churros y Chocolateada.

Good for Arizonans, I say. They're being overrun by an invasion of people who have no respect for their rights, their property or their laws. People who bring crime, corruption, and decay with them, who refuse to assimilate and who suck mightily on the public teat, while offering little in the way of economic benefits or even good citizenship.
