Washington Times asks: Why no protesters at the RNC this week.
The money quote on how "organizers" are having trouble recruiting protesters for this week's DNC:
“The issue is important because minorities, the homeless, unemployed and others can lend credibility to protest groups sometimes led by college students and people with middle-class backgrounds.”
And there you go. That, in a nutshell, describes most of this left-wing organizing bullshit. It's all you ever needed to know about Occupy _________ and all the rest of them. It's white Libtards going through the motions to gain "credibility" within their peer group...or maybe some extra credit in Professor Douchebag's Sociology class.
Some probably do it just to pad their resumes. It looks bad when all you can put there is "University of _______, 2004-2012, BS Anonymous, Inebriated Group Sex, AS Holistic Skateboarding and Hackysack".
BTW, someone needs a grammar checker at the Washington Times: ”...only three protesters have been made arrested?” Who wrote and edited that? A Haitian Immigrant? A Columbia J-school graduate?
Insanity is not a disease; it's a defense mechanism. The opinions expressed here are disturbing and often disgusting to those with no sense of humor. I make no apologies for them, either. Contact the Lunatic at Excelsior502@gmail.com.

This is What The (Liberal) One Percent Do With Their Money...
Woman spends $250,000 on a dog wedding.
And when I say "One Percent" I mean the One Percent that has more money than brains and threw it at Obama in the same way that women used to throw their underwear at Tom Jones.
You know how I know that these people are Obama voters? Watch the slideshow and find out:

One Hippie, Well-Done, Please...
You have to give Middle Eastern protesters, regardless of stripe, credit for one thing:
When they wish to express their displeasure in uncertain terms, they certainly manage to do so in a way that grabs your attention.
Moishe Silman, age 57, was protesting the lack of government housing assistance in Israel, when he decided it would be a really good idea to douse himself in a flammable liquid and do his best impression of a Baked Alaska (Author's Note: Check to see if Baked Alaska is kosher).
Fortunately for him (because it appears as if Mr. Silman had belated second thoughts about becoming a Roman...err...Israeli Candle) but perhaps not so much for the same Israeli government that will have to treat his injuries -- it figures: the asshole wants the Israeli Taxpayer to not only pay for his apartment, but now his self-inflicted third-degree burns. The nerve of some people! -- the nearby crowd quickly extinguished the flames before calling for medical help.

This Is Why The Public Schools Suck, Part VIII...
I meant to post this fascinating article last week, but forgot all about it. It's entitled The Unteachables, and it's all about the process of -- as Fred Reed has called it -- Enstupidation. You can read about this disgusting and deliberate program here and here.
(Note: I've been a fan of Fred's for years, even if I don't happen to agree with him half the time. The man should be given some sort of medal for inventing this term because it's a perfect description of an observable phenomenon!)
It is now apparent that our institutions of learning have become little more than playgrounds for the preternaturally stupid run by the lazy -- often unionized and tenured -- ignorant. Recess is not taking place after lunch, but obviously before and after. That one hour, mid-day, where kids run around playing and chasing each other (assuming that hasn't been outlawed to avoid lawsuit, or as a means to avoid someones feelings being crushed) just might be the most productive things modern schoolkids do all day, apart from leaving school at 3 p.m.
Now you know where all those "Occupy ________" idiots came from, and who led them to the riots.

Youth Is Wasted Upon The Young...
That little gem was uttered, I believe by Mark Twain, an American original. It is a truism that youngsters have no idea of what they have -- in fact, it's almost an indictment that youngsters have no idea...whatsoever. It was once axiomatic in my former field of work in the business world, that the best idea anyone under the age of 25 ever heard was usually also the last idea they ever heard. There is a tendency for those who are very young to simply parrot what they've been told, or to make great leaps to illogical conclusions based on faulty and unexplored premises.
Which is fine: people have to make mistakes, or else they'll never learn anything, and youth is the time to make them.
And then I was reminded of another pearl of wisdom regarding the stupidity of youth, this one uttered by Winston Churchill, a veritable dynamo of intellect, who said, vis-a-vis. the numbskull factor of the young and their politics:
“A man under the age of 30 who is not a liberal has no heart…a man over the age of 30 who is not a conservative, has no brain…”

Now, If They Had a Work Ethic...
Nice article about the Cleveland Five on Taki this morning.
The Cleveland Five are exactly the sort of dumb-as-a-sack-of-horseshit, lazy, slacker, stoner, psycho drug- taking dipshits you might think they were. But before they became urban OWS jihadists, it seems that every last one was little more than a juvenile delinquent.
However, it seems that their "juvenile" stage hasn't quite ended, has it?

Seven Reasons Why Barack Obama Will Be Remembered As The Worst President Ever....
Pity Barack Obama. No, seriously...you should.
It can't be easy to be the President of the United States, particularly at this point in history: there is economic turmoil; the country is embroiled in three wars; political will in this country is divided and misdirected; you're married to that walking menstrual cycle.
If there's anything that our Commander-in-Chump is probably thankful for, it has to be an electorate that's too stupid to realize either it's true priorities or the depths of it's own stupidity. That is, after all, how he got elected in the first place.

The Emperor Has No Balls...
New York City Mayor Embraces Enemy Occupying Wall Street, says the headline, but the truth goes deeper than this.
Michael Bloomberg, or as I like to call him Mayor Bloomdouche, is a pansy. Worse, he’s an overbearing, busybody, imperial, technocratic, nose-picking pussy who probably suffered through the childhood traumas of bed wetting, poor potty training, a premature cessation of breast feeding, and chronic masturbation, which have all combined to result in the obnoxious, petty dictator who has somehow managed to corrupt (with his personal fortune, no doubt) the electoral system so as to stay in office far longer than is decent, and far beyond the point of effectiveness.

We Want...Things...an' Stuff...and Junk Like That...
On the recent phenomena that began with the 'Occupy Wall Street' nonsense, and which has now spread nationwide. We are now witnessing the full range of left-wing stupidity manifested within a series of mass-tantrums that would get far more serious attention if they were more truthfully named.
'Occupy Wall Street' would be better served with the more-honest moniker "Come stand in the street like a pretentious doofus Rally", if it's counterpart in Boston were named 'Thumbsuckers and Bedwetters United!", and the completely unhinged bullshit of those who live and die at the welfare trough in New Orleans were to be called by it's proper tag, the "We're Here, We're Stupid, We Wouldn't Even Make an Effort to Save Ourselves From A Hurricane We Watched Cross The Atlantic For A Week on Television, Why Should Anyone Pay Any Attention To Anything We Have To Say?" March.

The Freedom to Be a Dumbass...
With regards to the “Occupy Wall Street” protests currently disrupting civil discourse and commerce in New York City:
One of our greatest and most precious rights as a citizen of the United States is one that is not enshrined within the Bill of Rights, or ensconced within the cannons of The Law. It is an Implied Right, something that, for lack of a better term, we might say “goes without saying”. It is a Natural Right which all people take for granted, if they even recognize it at all.
And that is the Right to Be Wrong.
