Yesterday’s e-mail brought a rather silly request from a group which calls itself Unity Productions Foundation in which I have been asked to provide a link here at the Asylum to some stupid video about the trials and tribulations of (presumably) peaceful Muslims who are only trying to build mosques and go about their daily lives in peace, but find themselves discriminated against and unfairly singled out by the government for being 'different'.

Of Synagogues and Hand Grenades...
RE: The NYPD stopping a string of Synagogue Attacks in New York City.
This is in my own backyard. I'm sooooo pleased to see that the at the FBI was uninterested in investigating, but that's okay: we have the NYPD and they do a better job with these things than the Feds do, and they don't have to fondle your junk or get written permission from Eric Holder to wipe their asses when they need to. Naturally, Holder's, and his cohort Janet Napolitano's, preoccupation, because both are unqualified fucktards lacking the same brains one would typically find in a retarded German Shepherd, is in prosecuting FBI, CIA and other Law Enforcement types who go out and look for terrorists before they do any harm.
In this Age of the Bizarro Presidency, when one day we're executing Bin Laden and the next dragging the people who made it happen before the courts, we're supposed to wait until someone gets killed before taking action....unless taking action gives President Frequent-Flyer-Miles a bump in the polls.
We've had some issues here, post-9/11, in recent years with the Koran-and-Exploding-Underwear crowd, and mostly these revolve around the citizens of this city (i.e. The mostly-Civilized People) taking exception to the Exploding Scumbag's repeated attempts to build Victory monuments (they call them 'Mosques' and 'Islamic Community Centers') in neighborhoods that have suffered great loss on 9/11, or within buildings/upon the grounds of properties that used to belong to the Archdiocese of New York. After all, this is what Islam does; it rubs it's enemy's noses in their defeats, to wit:
* Conquer Jerusalem (have other people under threat of death), build the Dome of the Rock on the Temple Mount so that the Jews not only know they've been defeated, but that the conquerors consider their God, their Holy Sites and their Culture to have been wholly erased in the bargain.
* When the Turks overran Constantinople they turned the Hagia Sophia, one the greatest churches in Christendom and an architectural marvel, into a mosque, symbolizing both the defeat of Christians and the utter humiliation of their God and Culture. It has now been relegated to the role of Islamic museum.
* When the Moors occupied Spain, they built (and by that, I mean they forced the Jews and Christians to build it for them, because Islam doesn't create anything) the Alhambra (The Red Fortress) in the city of Granada, both as symbol of the defeat of Christian Spain and to intimidate the locals. It's purpose was to make clear that what once was would never be again.
* Knock down the World Trade Center, (have the Infidels) build a Mosque a few hundred yards from the site, make sure it's done with Federal Funds, so that the infidel is not only reminded -- daily -- of his humiliation, but forced to pay for your Victory Monument, on top of it.
Islam doesn't build anything; it relies upon other, smarter, more skilled people to expend their smarts, capital, labor and expertise to do it for them. After all, this is a people who can't seem to get a black, oozy liquid which naturally percolates upwards out of the sand without great efforts from Western technicians and investors. When it isn't getting it's enemies to build them shit, and pay for the privilege, too, it's doing it's level best to destroy it's enemies' cultural and religious heritages; a Coptic church burned here, a synagogue dynamited there, a pair of 110-story office towers devastated wherever they might be found.
This destructive impulse permeates the Muslim religion, which like Communism, cannot abide the existence of any alternative system. Israel must be wiped off the map because, even more than the competing religious system it represents, it is an example of a different way of life -- one that is far more egalitarian, successful, fair, dynamic, wealthier and progressive, and one in which, if they were truly allowed to, Muslims would flock with indecent haste towards, leaving the Imams and Ayotollahs standing there with their thumbs up their asses.
This destructive impulse only gets worse in the aftermath of some great Islamic calamity or 'insult' because when the likes of a Bin Laden is finally brought to justice, it isn't the simple (and logical) matter of an arch- criminal getting his just deserts -- it's a cultural and religious affront that needs to be avenged in any way possible, by any means necessary. God demands revenge, the culture requires blood in order to salve it's shattered ego.
To a Muslim, defeat does not occur because of bad planning, poor morale, a shortage of brains or bullets, but is instead the natural consequence of a lack of faith. God permitted your failure because you were not sufficiently pious. The response, as it has always been throughout their history, is not to get smarter, it's to get more faithful (i.e. More 'Fundamentalist'), each new iteration of the 'reformed' faith becoming ever more extreme -- and ever more violent.
Which leads us to two doofuses attempting to attack a bunch of synagogues in Manhattan. As for one of the asshole's 'excuse' that he turned to terrorism because he's sick of seeing Muslims "treated like dogs: perhaps if he and his fellow Muslims could arrest their murderous impulses and get used to the fact that there are billions who don't buy their load of bullshit dressed up as a religion, they might find that people are willing to tolerate their special brand of retardation, and leave them all alone to stew in their inbred stupidity. It's also telling that when it comes to Islamic Destruction the tools it uses are products of the active imagination and dynamic culture of it's enemies: airliners, flight schools, international airports, chemical explosives, firearms, box cutters, hand grenades, credit cards, cell phones, the Internet, mass media, and most of these 'Lone Wolves' don't even realize that since they cannot obtain these from 'safe' (or indigenous) Islamic sources, it must go to Westerners (or agents, thereof) which usually puts them smack-dab in the center of a police investigation -- and under arrest.
All Islam is able to provide in it's 'struggle' against the West -- and reality -- is a steady stream of sexually-frustrated losers who want to die. It's not surprising at all that when the CIA started going through Bin Laden's 'treasure trove' they found enough porn to keep the enitre Middle East doing the Old Knuckle Shuffle on the Pelvis Bazooka for the next two centuries.
I fail to see why it is that we're so afraid of these people, and so momumentally frightened of offending their sensibilities; they're cowards who attack those who are unable to fight back, trying always to catch their victims at unawares, picking targets that are deliberately soft so as to instill fear. People like this are incapable of achieving 'Victory' in the sense that Westerners would understand the term, because their 'victories' are those of the small-minded, vindictive and vicious, and detached from any sense of the strategic. They kill indiscriminately in the name of immediate goals, most of which have nothing to do with improving their ultimate lot in life, none of which drags their culture out of the 7th Century sewer in which it festers, and for reasons that border on the psychotic. They talk 'Peace' but do nothing but make enemies. They bluster about their cultural superiority, but have to buy (inert) hand grenades from undercover cops.
Conversely, we will not achieve a Victory until we -- and by that I mean the political leadership, and so-called intelligencia of the West -- finally come to the proper conclusion about our foes that any 5th grader is capable of reaching; these are seriously sick, seriously deluded, seriously frustrated scumbags who cannot be acommodated, bargained with, or dealt with by diplomacy. They have to be jailed, and better still, killed, in great numbers in the holes where they live.
Maybe, when enough of them have died in horrible ways, they'll get the same message the Japanese, Nazis, and Carthaginians got: we will not tolerate your bullshit, and we're quite capable of removing you from the stream of history. Whether this encourages the greater mass of theMuslim world to get with the program of the 21st century is open to conjecture, but it is an historical fact that cultures usually do not change unless they've had some irreversible and unmistakable defeat laid on them.
"Peace", to the Islamonazi, means they get to Lord over us all, that we are enslaved, and everything we do, own, make, think, or aspire to, is somehow subordinated to the perceived will of their phoney-baloney God, as they understand the words of a deranged, 7th-Century, child-molesting nomad. For all my Libtard friends out there who want to talk about tolerance and multiculturalism, I say this: if the Islamonazis have their way, there will only be a Monocultural Society in which Islam holds sway. Tolerance will mean that your Islamic overlords will tolerate your continued breathing, so long as you toil for his benefit, and according to his will. Aren't You Glad We Stopped the Mosque?
Two stories about local Islamo-nutjobs bent on waging jihad within the United States; both of these idiots have ties to my hometown, Staten Island, New York. You can read about them here and here.
It was not that long ago that the Archdiocese of New York, true to form, tried to sell an ex-convent to a group of Islamonazis who wished to build an "Islamic Community Center" in Midland Beach. The local community was up in arms; Two-hundred and seventy-one Staten Islanders died on September 11th, or 10% of the total victims, during the attacks on the World Trade Center, and naturally, passions in regards to anything Muslim in these parts run extremely high. Especially when the Church tries to make the sale in the dead of night and not inform the local community about it until nearly the very last minute.
Eventually, the Church was convinced that the money it would gain from the sale was far outweighed by bad publicity -- public pressure and the boycott on the collection plate in local churches did the job -- and put all but the kiss of death on the sale. Never underestimate the Catholic church's ability to condition it's actions by the effects of it's balance sheet.
In any case, opponents of the proposed Midland Beach Mosque -- and the infamous Ground Zero Mosque -- have been proven correct in this regard: these two geniuses were living amongst us, and no one is quite certain who they associated with, and how many of their fellow would-be jihadis are still here. Far from being a "Community Center" that mosque in Midland Beach, or the one at Ground Zero, would more than likely have become a headquarters for the local jihad set, seeing as how many of them seem to be here. Put that many mental cases in the same room, pump 'em full of prayer and a litany of bullshit grievances (because that's all Islam has to offer, you know), and you get potential terrorists.
As it is, the apparent lack of such meeting places where these mental midgets can get together and conspire with each other just might be a contributing factor in actually capturing these home-grown jihadi douchebags: with nowhere else to go to join the jihad, or anyplace where they might even be given directions on how or where to do so, they wind up trying to fly to Pakistan or Syria on one-way tickets, and this leads to them getting caught, or they get so desperate to strike a blow that they forget about fundamental security and start talking and plotting with the first doofus to offer them a stick of dynamite...and that person, fortunately, usually, turns out to be an FBI agent or informant.
Lucky for us.
These guys were living right in our midst here. Who knows how many more of them there are here, and New Yorkistan, in general? Letting them build mosques that quickly become valuable resources for suicide bombers, providing security, privacy, and way to meet and communicate with other suicide bombers, is simply stupid. If these two had access to a better network of friends and fellow-travelers they might not ever have been found out, until it was too late to do anything about it.
In the meantime, the people of this island and New York City as a whole, are called "racists" whenever these mosque-building projects are so vehemently opposed. However, the main argument buttressing that opposition -- there's determined jihadis amongst us, and they will quickly turn any mosque from House of Worship into a House of Conspiracy just as soon as we kaffirs leave them to their own devices -- gets proven on a near-daily basis; just look what these guys do, how absolutely stupid and/or crazy they are, and the lengths they're willing to go to do their worst. We have every right to know Who, What, Where, When, Why and How before anyone builds a mosque in this city.

Naturally, according to the Times, this "Uncertain, Frightened Muslim" meme is all the fault of "red state" people, i.e republicans and conservatives, typically white, most likely Christian. In fact, the Times goes to great lengths to imply this, without coming out and directly saying it; the term "Red State People" appears multiple times. Funny, but it's usually Libtards who accuse republicans of "speaking in racial code".
Notice that nowhere in the article does the fourth-grader who wrote it ever ask the question why Americans might have cause to be suspicious, even fearful, of Muslims. Naturally, the question is never asked, because then it would be answered, and the whole "we're a poor, oppressed, misunderstood people" theme would fly right the fuck out the window.
So, I'll answer the question for all those Muslims who haven't been paying attention for the last 50+ years. If your American neighbors hate your fucking guts, it's because you've forgotten the following:

Not only have you forgotten (conveniently) the events, but you still seem unable to remember just who the players in these little dramas are/were; they're your uncles, brothers, fathers, cousins and sons.
When you insist that a) you're not responsible, and, b) that it isn't your fault these things happen, despite the evidence, don't be surprised if your American neighbors distrust you --- and perhaps, even hate you. From their point of view, Islam's top exports aren't peaceful people just seeking a better life; it's violent morons laboring under the misapprehension that they're justified in what they do, and even that it's somehow God's will that they commit violent acts of murder. Mosque Backers and Protestors Clash...
It was quite the show.
I have a real solution to the problem of the Ground Zero Mosque, but I'm fairly certain no one would listen to me: after all, I'm too smart for elective office in this city. But my solution is, indeed, an elegant one, which preserves both the constitutional right of Muslims to build their mosque and practice their religion, and the right of the September 11th victim's families, the injured first-responders, and all who oppose the mosque the chance to express their feelings in a way that the political class couldn't possibly misunderstand.
I say we let the Muzzies build their $100 million mosque. In fact, the construction unions should drop their opposition, and take the jobs the project will certainly bring -- we need them in these desperate economic times -- not to mention that a $100 million cash injection will help the local economy greatly. After all, they're simply citizens exercising their right to spend their money, and worship the demon of their choice, and if you disagree with that premise, then by God, you must be an Un-American Heathen Obama Lover!
I say: let them build it! Take advantage of the economic boost, strike a blow for freedom of religion, and tolerance! Let that mosque open on September 11, 2011 -- as scheduled -- and let the Raghead community come together to celebrate it's opening... and their cleverness at rubbing the infidel's nose in Islam's greatest victory by using The Great Satan's Constitution as a weapon against him -- itself a second victory!
And when approximately 3,000 Camelfuckers are trapped within, enjoying the heady wine of Allah's Double Triumph ... set the fucking building on fire and let it burn to the ground.
Then we can dance in the streets of Manhattan the way they danced in the streets of Gaza.
I figure we can call it even after that.

Pakistan is Flooded...
The devastation is great. Thousands dead. Millions homeless. Property damage in the billions.
I've never had so much fun in all my life!
If it were left up to me, Pakistan would be washed away, erased, as befits the biggest mistake of British Foreign Policy Evah. I guess your phony-baloney God is really looking out for ya, huh? So far as I'm concerned, the destruction hasn't been great enough because there's still Pakistanis left alive.
Anything that kills homicidal maniacs by the thousands is just fuckin' ducky in my book. I hope it rains for another year.
Of course, the calls to"Help the Victims" of the Pakistani floods have already begun, but I'm inclined to turn a deaf ear on them, or at the very least, would think to make any aid this country might give, official or through private charities, contingent upon a single, non-negotiable condition:
You will not get as much as a fucking Saltine without first handing over Usama Bin Laden.
The Pakistani government knows where he is. In fact, they help hide him, they support him, and merely pretend to be helping us in the fight against Al' Qaeda so that the flow of American military and economic aid may continue...which is basically the entire Pakistani economy, unless you count the Fly and Lice Markets, or consider Body Odor to be an economically-viable export.
I wouldn't send a single blanket. Not a bottle of water. Not a box of Pampers, nor bottle of Aspirin until that murdering sonofabitch was in American custody and awaiting televised execution in an American prison.
If someone needs to "save" drowning Pakistanis, let it be the douchebags who managed to collect $100 million to build an obnoxious mosque near Ground Zero, or perhaps a dozen or so Saudi Princes can give up hookers and Maker's Mark in Las Vegas this weekend and scrape up a few bucks to help out. Let's see some of that vaunted Islamic charity, generosity and decency we're always hearing about in action, eh?
In the meantime, the more the media shows pictures of suffering Muslims, the more I laugh. There is, it seems, Cosmic Justice.

Leave it to Barack Obama to go out of his way to purposely step into a big flaming pile of dogshit, try to scrape the mess off on your living room rug, vehemently insist that he hasn't done what he oh-so-obviously-has...and then go on vacation. For ten more days.
That's what he did with this whole Ground Zero mosque thing.
Last Friday, he's talking to a bunch of murderous towelheads and he tells them what they want to hear;in a nutshell, that they have the right to be a bunch of obnoxious motherfuckers and build a Victory Monument on the very bones of the people murdered by their coreligionists. Obama garnered the applause, naturally, and the next day all the Oh-My-God- he's-soooo-courageous-ass-kissing-fawning-I-wanna-suck-his-dick-sycophancy was served up by the Press, which printed and broadcast his obvious pandering to a room full of potential suicide bombers, and presented it as a defense of American values in the face of racism.
But Joe Sixpack doesn't agree that Obama is"courageous". Or that Muslims are simply exercising their rights (most people have no issue with a mosque being built; they just don't want it built near Ground Zero). Obama chimes in, without the need to do so, and then does not address the burning question of whether building this thing, in this location, is insensitive to the victims of 9/11. And when the public outrage over our "courageous" President's pronouncements result in such an overwhelmingly swift and vehement rebuke, he resorts to his favorite past time -- splitting rhetorical hairs in order to create the appearance of the reasonable, technically-always-right Leader, who understands all seven sides (or more) of the issue. Penn and Teller couldn't create a better illusion of calm and calculating super-smartness than the one Obama creates (with the aid of the Press, of course). It's a load of rubbish, but there's still enough rubes out there who fall for it.
Obama does this all the time; he involves himself in shit that isn't his business, says or does the wrong thing, insists that we're all just too stupid to understand his intent or the nuances, and then just claims he was right all along. He's an arrogant prick who hasn't yet discovered that he's a fucking moron. Probably because he's had people whispering in his ear all his life about what a "special" person he is, and how much"better" he is than anyone else, despite the fact that he couldn't find his own ass with both hands and a GPS; that's mostly how Affirmative Action works, you know.
There is, however, someone who can lay claim to the title of Biggest Asshole In America this evening, and that's the guy who actually sued to become Mayor of New York in the wake of 9/11, so that he could handle the"recovery and rebuilding"...and nine years later there's still a hole in the ground, and the only thing about to be built is a monument to the assholes who created that crater.
That Superstar of Assholes would be one Micheal Bloomberg, Mayor of New Yorkistan.
Bloomberg also takes the position that the Muzzies have the right to build a mosque near Ground Zero, without ever tackling the question of whether it it's in poor taste or not. Apparently, in today's multi-culti world, the worst thing you can do is accuse a minority group of poor taste...especially one which includes members so mentally ill that they imagine murder/suicide with Semtex to be the highest religious calling.
The reason neither man addresses the REAL issue and instead chooses to frame the argument as one of fundamental rights, is that to do otherwise requires a sense of honesty, and implies the ability to make a moral judgement.
These are two things which no modern politician can do, mainly because they're a) dishonest people, b) have no morals, and c) have no judgement. Someone, probably some third-rate-underpaid political aide, formulates the "policy", gins up the talking points, and the douchebag-in-a-suit reads it off the teleprompter. If it's a good policy, the douchebag takes credit for it, if it isn't, he weasels out on legalities, technicalities, and lawyerly talk. When that doesn't work, he digs in his heels and and attempts to defend the indefensible, because the worst thing in the world to him is to be seen as having been wrong.
You have to wonder what the political aides are smoking if they somehow managed to convince the empty suits they work for that support -- even conditional support -- for that mosque being built where it's planned is somehow "leadership", is beyond me. In the shallow sense in which the words are used today, it's somehow "courageous leadership" to advocate for something that is oh-so-obviously wrong, and which flies in the face of monolithic public opinion.
Or maybe both men are just the most arrogant pieces of shit imaginable.
You have to laugh at people who suddenly remember what the Constitution says after they've nationalized the banks, mandated that you buy health insurance against your will, created an entire regiment of political offices which are subject to no oversight by any non-Executive branch or bureau of government, set dates for the withdrawal of combat forces while the fighting still rages, or who make it their business to interfere with and tax-to-hell everything you may eat, drink, or smoke, because it offends their self-righteous sensibilities.
These men have the nerve to talk about the exercise of rights, and the proper role of government? Don't make me laugh. They can't even keep up with their own contradictions. Two and a half years ago, Obama was denouncing the Bitter Clingers, and now he's somehow the "courageous"Stalwart Defender of Religious Rights?
What they are doing is neither courageous, nor an indication of leadership. Neither Bloomberg nor Obama deserves to have such words attached to them, because they have taken their stand for what must be simply selfish reasons. Obama needs to gin up the race war rhetoric to get minorities to the polls this November, and Bloomberg is probably already looking to when he returns to his multi-billion media empire and when he'll need boatloads of Arab money to keep it afloat in the lean times ahead.
Neither man would have made a decent-sized pimple on Ronald Reagan's Ass. Or George Patton's Scrotum, for that matter.
Fortunately, we'll be rid of both come 2012, unless (dare we hope?) The Sickle Cell or Hypertension takes away The One, and the other is gunned down in a drive-by on the steps of Gracie Mansion by the Tobacco Gangs that will control the black market trade in illicit cigarettes created by his own tax regime.
Those are the only suitable ends for such shallow and arrogant men. The sooner this City, and Country, are rid of such so-called "leaders", the sooner we can tell the Islamonazi triumphalists to go pound sand.
UPDATE: The 3rd biggest asshole in America adds her $0.02. Once again, it's an opinion that no one asked for, and which it wasn't necessary to make public. I guess we can start the Inquisition with the 9/11 Victim's Families. That should go over big on national TV. Everyday that goes by makes Joe Biden look like the sanest and smartest one in the whole lot.
